ICON HEALTH AND FITNESS TO SEND USU GRADUATE TO CHINA
ICON Continues To Offer Great Work Experience For Students
Taylor Price will finish his last three credits towards graduation online as he and his wife moved to China on Monday to start his new job as a manager.
Each year, Icon employs more students and gives them opportunities to prove themselves. Price did just that as he worked for Icon for two years, while going to school, before they decided to send me overseas. It is not just Price that has excelled while going to school. Many others have taken on the rigorous task of going to school and working full-time.
Icon Health and Fitness is one of the largest employers in the Cache Valley area and they continue to provide valuable, real-life experiences to students. Icon is flexible with students and willing to work around classes and homework to allow for ambitious students to better themselves.
Many start in areas such as customer service or product testing. Promotions are given to those that perform well and extensive benefits are available to those that work more than 30 hours a week. Along with the benefits, there are perks on the side as well. Anything from discounted Jazz tickets to ski passes. There are company parties and retreats as well. Last year, Icon rented out Lagoon for the day and held the company party there.
While Price’s journey is only just beginning, many others can experience the same ride.
Job openings and internships are posted regularly on their website www.iconfitness.com.

Hello Craig,

That's a really interesting topic. I think if you could put the company's background in the last paragraph instead of in the middle of your news release, it would be better.

Good job!
